Holiday Shipping Guidelines

Orders placed Black Friday through Cyber Monday will be subject to a longer processing and shipping time, our elves will work to get your orders out as quickly as possible! If you need an item within a certain time frame (sooner than 10-14 days) please make sure and choose an expedited shipping option. 

Below find our deadlines for placing orders for Christmas Delivery. The below are order cutoff dates, we cannot guarantee delivery for holiday orders, especially once they are at the carrier. We offer e-gift cards that go directly to your or to recepient emails for guaranteed gifting. They are redeemable both online and in-stores. Purchase those HERE

Flat Rate Shipping Rates are $8 for orders $1-34.99

$11 for orders $35-69.99 and

$15 for orders $70-99.99.

Orders $100+ Ship FREE! (unless there is a surcharge for weight, size, other specs.)

Shipping Policy

1)      Orders should ship the next business day after order was placed. 

2)      Rush or express orders generally ship same business day but depending upon time the order was placed they might ship next day.

3)      Shipping timeframe depends upon the above factor and the shipping option you have selected. 


Currently we offer both USPS and UPS as trusted carriers for your order. If you have selected our Free Shipping option, we will ship whichever method is most efficient and shipping timelines are between 6-12 business days. 

In-Store Pickup

Depending on your location and the products you have chosen, your order may be eligible for in-store pickup. At checkout you will be able to choose a location near you and once processed your order will be picked up there. Your order will be reviewed and your card charged, the store will receive your order info, and within 2 business days the store location will email you or call you to let you know your order is ready for pick-up. Shipping to California

As of August 2018 we temporarily suspended shipping to California addresses as we work to update our product inventory and systems to notify customers of potential hazards as required by Proposition 65. We are sorry for any inconvenience and please know that we are working with our vendor suppliers to rectify as soon as possible.
