All locations are available for site-to-store pickup, however, our inventory and products available will vary widely from each store. Make sure you select the store you want to pick the order up at when you are browsing products. Store Pickup lets you buy items online and pick them up in a store. You avoid shipping and scheduled delivery charges – and you may be able to get your order faster.
Here's how it works:
When you decide to purchase a product you will have the option to add to your cart (for shipping to your home) or "In-Store Pickup". Make sure you pick the store location that you would like to pick your item(s) up at. Once your order is verified we will start working on your shipping and/or pickup order.
Your estimated pickup date will be between 1-3 days. Some orders may have same day pickup.
Place your order and wait to receive a "Ready for pickup" e-mail. (This is a separate e-mail from your order confirmation.)
Bring your ID, credit card, and order number to the store and pick up your items.
We'll hold your items at the store for 8 days. If you don't make it in by then, we'll cancel the order and refund your method of payment.
Bring to the store:
Your government-issued photo ID
The credit card used for the purchase (if a credit card was used).
Your order number.
At the store:
Inside, look for the Customer Service sign. Or ask the associate at the door to point you in the right direction. Tell them you are doing a Store Pickup from online.
Who can pick up your order
You can pick up your order yourself or choose someone else to pick it up (Friends & Family Pickup). To have your order picked up by someone else, you must state that in the comments section during checkout. You'll need to provide the pickup person's name, e-mail address and phone number. Your pickup person will need to show his/her ID and the order number at the store.
Only you – or the person you've told us will pick up your order – can pick up your items.
Changing or canceling Store Pickup
To change or cancel a Store Pickup order, call us at 719-288-2764.
To switch from Shipping to Store Pickup, call within one hour of placing your order. This may not be available for all items!
To switch from Store Pickup to Shipping, call any time.
If you're calling to cancel a Store Pickup order, please have your credit card information handy.
We'll hold your items at the store for 8 days. If you don't pick up your items by then, we'll cancel the order and refund your method of payment.
A few more things to know:
There's no charge for Store Pickup.
Products may be larger than expected due to their packaging. Please keep this in mind when considering what vehicle you use to pick up your order.
Allow extra time to pick up large items like water heaters/feed/etc.
Virtual and one-time-use credit cards cannot be used for Store Pickup.
