Shipping Policy


1)      Orders received before 12pm will usually ship same day.


2)      Orders processed (received) after 2pm will ship the following day.


3)      Shipping timeframe depends upon the above factor and the shipping option you have selected. 


In order to receive your order on or before the 24th of December, please keep in mind the above, and the shipping table below.

Please note that once we drop your item to the carrier that Big R is no longer responsible for shipping and delivery timelines. The holiday season is very busy and we will do our absolute best to get your order out as quickly as we can. We can not, however, control the carrier and the timelines they promise. Timelines provided above are taken directly from the carriers websites and given to you as a guideline. Big R can not guarantee these timelines nor will we refund if the carrier does not meet their stated deadline. We hope that our customers can understand that we can only do so much, which is essentially nothing, once the package is in their hands!

Returns & Replacements


Can I Return My Purchase? will gladly accept your returns for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn).


Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.

How To Ship Your Return or Exchange strongly recommends that all return shipments be made by UPS or USPS, so that you can take advantage of their shipment tracking system.  We cannot assist you with lost return shipments unless a tracking number has been assigned to the shipment.


Include a copy of your packing slip, email order confirmation, or a printed copy of your order inside the package. Ship your return to:

Returns will be processed at the facility within 48 hours of arriving. If the item is deemed re-sellable the full amount of your purchase (less any shipping and handling) will be refunded to you within 2 weeks.  If your returned item was purchased with a Gift Card, we will issue another Gift Card for the amount of the credit due on completion of the return. If there is an additional amount owed, your credit card will be charged for any replacement merchandise when shipped.


Returning to a Store 


If there is a Big R retail store near you, you may return your online purchase to the store for exchange or refund. You must take a printed copy of your order to the store along with your merchandise. Customer Service Department is open Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm Mountain Standard Time. Closed Saturday and Sunday.


Customer service is also closed on the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
